Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) is considered in all aspects of the project to ensure that the selection of stakeholders is non-discriminatory, participation is inclusive, data is treated with respect and transparency, and that systems are in place to create accountability and respect people’s opinions such that a more innovative and sustainable outcome is achieved.
